This policy describes what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
Account information: name, email. Billing information: handled by Stripe — we store customer IDs and subscription status, never card numbers. Usage data: which lessons you've started, course progress, bookmarks, and feedback you submit through the in-app widget.
How we use it
To provide the service, process payments, send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, welcome), and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your locale preference. No third-party tracking cookies.
Data retention
Active accounts: data retained while subscription is active. Canceled accounts: data retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you reactivate, then deleted. You can request immediate deletion from account settings.
Third parties
Stripe (billing), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting). Each processes data only to provide its service.
Your rights
Request access to your data, correction, or deletion at any time via account settings or by emailing support. We respond within 30 days.
