These terms govern your access to and use of Goal Guide. By creating an account or paying for a subscription, you agree to these terms.
Subscription and billing
Goal Guide is a paid annual subscription. Billing is processed through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each year at your locked-in rate. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
A full refund is available within 30 days of your initial payment — no questions, no course-completion requirements. Email us within the window and we process the refund in under 24 hours.
Content and access
You receive full access to all current courses, lessons, and articles, plus any new courses, articles, and features rolled out during your active subscription. All content requires an active subscription to access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to share your account credentials, resell or redistribute course content, scrape platform data in bulk, or harass other members through any in-app feature. Violations can result in account suspension without refund.
Disclaimer
Goal Guide teaches you to build and sell software. We do not guarantee income, customers, or business outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, skill development, and market conditions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of Goal Guide is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost revenue, or business opportunities.
